Ben and I were good mates, he always looked after me and when I needed to rest, he didn't mind me using him as a pillow. |

One day out of the blue, would you believe it, a cat, yes a cat had it in his mind that he liked the look of us all and came to stay, although not in the house (he was a stray and didn't like being indoors). He used to live in a card board box in our outhouse and came and pleased as he liked - Ben used to chase him, I kept out of his way, cause he nicked me once. His name is Puss Puss. |

By this time, I'm not sure why, but Ben's lost the use of his back legs when he was ten years old, and although he still looked after me and could get around on his front paws, it was one sad day in December 1998, that he was no longer with me. |
